Venu G. Vaishya, Senior Vice President, AMD/O

Venu G. Vaishya, Senior Vice President of AMD/O, works with Covansys' Commercial areas to develop offshore business opportunities. Mr. Vaishya’s responsibilities include offshore sales and marketing support, engagement services, and managing all administrative functions, including recruitment and retention.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Vaishya served as Covansys' Vice President of Human Resources for four years. He has been part of the Covansys family for nearly a decade, leading new business development efforts and assuming responsibility for Covansys' automotive business.

Prior to joining Covansys, Mr. Vaishya spent 16 years with Tata Consultancy Services, the largest software-consulting firms in Southeast Asia. He joined Tata as a college recruit, spawning a career that spanned the globe, developing offshore business opportunities while serving as Tata's Regional Representative in Amsterdam, Hong Kong and the U.S. Eastern Region.

Mr. Vaishya has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.
