James S. Trouba, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

James Trouba joined Covansys as chief financial officer in June of 2004, bringing nearly 20 years of financial services experience to the post.

Prior to joining Covansys, Mr. Trouba worked for Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP, where he was responsible for auditing and advising global public companies in areas including acquisitions and internal controls.

Mr. Trouba earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
