The objective of the Applications Maintenance and Support Service Center is to provide the Client with a stable, predictable, and reliable Application software environment that is supportive of the business objectives. COVANSYS will work with the Client to ensure the applications meet all requirements for receiving manufacturer support. Additionally, COVANSYS and Client agree to cooperate with the respective vendors to cause the applications to comply with all applicable legal, regulatory (state and federal) and contractual requirements throughout the term of the Agreement.
