Covansys has built up a sizeable Center of Excellence (COE) for this partnership, which now spans North America, Europe and Asia. Together with this partner, Covansys serves a list of prominent Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecommunications service providers worldwide in the wireline, wireless and convergent segments of the market. Under this model, Covansys created a partnership that combines product licensing, product development and support outsourcing, as well as a value-added reseller arrangement to serve certain customer segments.
