AdvantAgent takes advantage of these electronic documents as well as any other document or image that can be produced electronically.

An agent sets up a submission in the AdvantAgent site and adds the needed documents, categorizing them by product line. Once the submission is loaded they select the underwriters that will receive the submission and which product lines they wish them to see. Once they click on the invitation button the underwriters receive a personalized e-mail message with a private link that allows access to the submission.

The system tracks the receipt of the submission document as well as allows updating of documents during the negotiation process as additional information is provided.
