COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN INDIA

WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2006 -- Covansys Corporation (a CSC company),

that it has been rated as one of the top ten best companies to
work for in India. Covansys, for the second consecutive year,
is ranked at number eight among all industries and companies
that participated in the Mercer - TNS survey published in Business
Today: Nov. 5, 2006 issue.

The 'Best Companies To Work For In India 2006'
was determined on the basis of the HR processes of companies, a
survey of their employees, and a survey of their external stakeholders
such as B-schools, placement firms, and alumni. Data collection
and aggregation was managed by international market research major
TNS' Indian arm. The methodology, developed by Mercer, placed the
highest weight on internal employee perceptions. They also evaluated
three other factors: HR metrics, HR processes and policies, and
