FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.- May 30, 2000, Complete Business Solutions, Inc., (NASDAQ:CBSI) announced today that the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet has selected the company to develop and implement their Revenue Evaluation and Decision Support (READS) System.

When complete, the READS System will help increase efficiency of the tax collection function, including support, analysis and revenue generation. CBSI has already started the analysis and design phase for the project, which should be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
