COVANSYSジャパン（東京都千代田区）は、米国ミシガン州に拠点を構えるCOVANSYS Corporationの日本支社であります。1985年の創立以来、着実に業績を伸ばし、社員数は8,400名余り（現年時点）に至っております。米国を本拠地とする数あるITサービス企業の中、いち早く、インドにオフショア開発センターを設立したパイオニア企業なのです。なお、本年７月をもちまして米国カリフォルニア州に拠点を構えるComputer Sciences Corporationの子会社となりました。
