Covansys Off-Site Success Methodology (COSMO^® )

Covansys uses its Proprietary COSMO^® methodology that has been used in many development and maintenance situations and has proven to be highly cost-effective. During the start up phase, we establish an on-site team to get familiar with the customer environment. During the knowledge transfer phase Covansys will gather application knowledge and perform other transition activities. Finally during Execution phase Covansys will relocate part of the on-site team to the off-shore center.
